150 Calories VS $150

It's official. It's been blogged about by all of us. Mila, Jen, and I are stickin' to it!

Comment with what you guys think:

  • How long will this go on for? Maybe 6 months? 
  • We need to record our starting weights as of Jan. 1, 2009, don't forget! Should we start a google wave about it so we can all check in?
  • How often do we update the weights? Every week, every 10 pounds, every 10%, or just at the end?
  • Keep in mind, the money is motivation, but we're doing this ultimately to live healthier lives. If we all end up super hot, we'll spend the money on new clothes or something as a reward. 
I'm excited!!

I kind of think we should do it for like a year because a year gives our bodies time to really get adjusted to losing weight and accommodating. But a year is a long time, so 6 months should be fine lol.

I think we should start on January 2nd. I know I plan on eating a lot of new years food bahaha.

I think we should google wave it (PEFECT OPPORTUNITY), but we should sit down and set the guidelines too. We all have to take the same route to doing it. One of us can't do nutrisystem, while one does jenny craig and one does anorexia lol. We all have to be sort of uniform, or else we get unfair advantages.

I think we should go for a 1 time a week check in. That way, we're all uniform again. We all may lose weight at different rates, so once a week is consistency.

lol, i agree with you. good job, jen!

i dont know about us all being uniform though - i mean, whatever we have to do to get to where we want, right? of course, we should all agree to be smart and do it the healthy way - no anorexia! lol.

Jan 2 sounds goooood. New Years is too delicious, too.

1 wk check in is bueno also.
